About this session
Not everything we feel knows how to be said out loud. Some emotions sit quietly… waiting to be understood. This circle is an invitation to slow down, to sit with what’s within, and to let your words hold what you’ve been carrying 🤍
Through guided poetry writing, reflection, and sharing, we create a safe space to express—without pressure, without judgment. You don’t need to be a writer. Just come as you are.
