About this session

Some feelings are difficult to explain, but sometimes… a movie scene represent everything we’ve been trying to express.
This month, we are bringing a unique reflective creative session exploring films, emotions, and self-identity empowerment through collage-making together.
Inspired by scenes from movies or TV series that resonate with our personal experiences, participants will create visual collages using textures, words, colours, and cinematic moods that mirror their inner world. Through creativity, we invite ourselves to reconnect with emotions that may have been difficult to express in words.
✨ Together in the space, mental health professionals will also be present to support participants emotionally whenever needed.
This session is designed as a gentle space for emotional expression, connection, and self-reflection through creativity. No art skills needed! Just come as you are 🌿
🎨 All materials provided
We also encourage participants to bring old magazines/newspapers for collage-making. Recycling materials are highly encouraged. 🫶
