We’re back with another WIP Harmoni Circle: Weaving Through Life’s Knots & Layers, co-facilitated by Nadia Ardent 🧶
Why yarn? Because life’s hardest moments — grief, uncertainty, transition, anxiety don’t come in straight lines. They tangle, they fray, they knot up inside us in ways words can’t always reach. Yarn is a gentle, forgiving medium. It holds tension. It stretches. You can undo a knot and start again, or you can weave it right into the fabric and make it part of the story.
There’s something powerful about moving your hands through that process; finding expression for pain and struggle not by explaining it, but by shaping it, thread by thread.
Through loom weaving, you’ll be guided to explore what’s been sitting unspoken. No artistic experience needed. No pressure to “make something pretty.” Just space to create, reflect and let the process speak for itself.

Bring old magazines, newspapers, or photos to make it yours.
